Olympic Value

Today we were learning about 

When vinegar and baking soda mix, an endothermic reaction occurs. This produces carbon dioxide which inflates the balloon. The endothermic chemical reaction will also lower the temperature in the area surrounding the vinegar and baking soda so significantly that you will be able to easily notice the change in temperature. it can go so cold it that it damages the bottle

Part.2. when we put the baking soda in the balloon and the vinegar in the bottle we put the balloon on top of it and let the baking soda come out the balloon ripped we did it again and it ripped and overflowed

Getting an very long string and an inch long paper straw and masking tape and the last thing an balloon.

We had an group of 3 and one person blow up the balloon as the others would hold the ends of the string.The person that wasn't holding the string would put the paper straw onto the string and tape the balloon to it and blow up the balloon and let it... GOOO!! the balloons were going fast slow side to side up and down it was crazy fun doing it

Today We Were Learning About How To Crate An Lava Lamp With Aspirin Oli And Water 

We Pored Water Into A Plastic cup and oli on top the oli stayed at the top and the water sat at the bottom

we broke up some aspirin and put little bits of it. In! it fizzed and the oli almost went down

When a bath bomb comes in contact with water, the baking soda and citric acid reacts to make carbon dioxide bubbles. This is an acid–base reaction, where baking soda (also called sodium bicarbonate) is a weak base and citric acid is a weak acid.And when you put at least two bath bombs in warm water it fizzes and bubbles the bath bombs spin as they go down.
